June 1, 2021

If only introducing uplifting thoughts and motivation in our own lives were everybody's cup of tea, we wouldn't be having the pleasure to know great life coaches such as Caprice Parker who make everybody's life better for a living.

Caprice Parker is the founder and CEO of PRI WAY LLC, a company that offers a wide selection of services for enriching lives and motivating people towards their goals, such as mindset coaching, finance management and business consultation.

She is the go-to person in the entrepreneurial sector for seeking financial advice and consultation regarding their business journey. However, her focus is mindset coaching.   Caprice Parker, who likes to go by the name Coach Pri has extensive experience in leadership roles and specializes in giving life coaching for handling emotional issues such as grief, trauma, among others.

1. We are excited to have you, and I am certain our readers will be delighted to know more about an influential personality such as yourself. Can you please let us readers know about your coaching style and how you inspire your students to achieve their goals?

Your Answer: I am not your average coach. I am all about vibes and making sure you are as comfortable or uncomfortable as you need to be. My style adapts with whomever I am coaching. If you are stubborn, I am aggressive. If you are timid, I’m more nurturing. I strive to always keep it authentic.

2. There are a lot of life coaches and leaders out there who are still following the 'one-size-fits-all' strategy. What's your take on that?

Your Answer: Whatever works for you, works for you. It just is not my thing. I don’t think “one size fit all” because it didn’t fit me. You have to take into account that although people can have similar issues/situations they are still different people.

3. How did you get inspired towards doing leadership roles? Was it something you want to do since the beginning or did something draw you towards it?

Your Answer: Control. Going through a lot of trauma and suffering with anxiety and depression can leave you feeling very much out of control. I needed to exercise it somewhere because it sure wasn’t my life at that time. It eventually transitioned into a passion for nurturing and developing others.

4. How important do you think acknowledging our own mental and emotional blocks is necessary to achieve personal and professional development?

Your Answer: Extremely important. Listen I struggled my entire life trying to deny and/or hide the fact that I went through trauma as a child, that I was emotionally stunted, and that I was suffering from depression. I am now in my 30s trying to repair and rebuild something I should have done years before. As hard as it may seem address it head on because if not those blocks will keep piling and before you know it you are tripping over them.

5. We learned a lot from you today. Do you have any advice for the younger generation on how they can fulfill their personal goals by making some lifestyle changes?

Your Answer: Book me lol. Seriously, I would say do not get so caught up in social media standards of what success is. Go for what you know and what makes you the happiest. Be persistent in setting boundaries and protecting your peace. Remember, you are worthy and you deserve it, so go get it. Period!
