Bio: Valentina started medical school at the Penza State University Medical Institute at the age of seventeen. After completion of three years of the program she relocated to the United States. In the US she competed a Bachelor of science degree through Johnson State College while working as a medical assistant at a local hospital. In 2009 she was accepted to a physician assistant program at Le Moyne College. She graduated from the program with a GPA of 4.0 and got a high passing score on the PA board exam. She was accepted to a competitive surgical residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital where she worked with some of the world’s best surgeons. She completed the residency with Honors and stayed at Johns Hopkins as a surgical PA in endocrine surgery.
In January 2014 she moved to South Florida and took a job with Professional Surgical Assistants. In 2015, while still working in surgery, she started to train in medical aesthetics. Valentina completed multiple national and international aesthetic and business courses. In 2016 Valentina opened a small aesthetic clinic where she started to offer medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers. Valentina’s technical skills, her compassionate care and brilliant business skills made her aesthetic practice grow quickly. She was no longer working in surgery. In 2019 she expanded the practice to a full-scale medical spa with three procedure rooms, four aesthetic providers and a beautiful new location. Within two years after the expansion the practice made a million dollars in annual revenue.
In October of 2021 Valentina completed her doctoral degree through the University of Lynchburg. In the summer of 2022, she published her research work "Causes of Botulinum Toxin Treatment Failure” in the Journal of Clinical, Cosmetic and Investigational Dermatology. The same year in September she wrote and produced a comprehensive video series on medspa procedures and business. In January of 2023 she established a consulting company, Medspa From Scratch, for medical practitioners where she teaches the medspa business via her course, social media, and one-on-one consultations. She was a panel speaker at the Florida Academy of PAs and a guest faculty at South University School of Physician Assistants.
In addition to her medical and business career, Valentina was an accomplished model, published in dozens of national and international publications. She was the 2017 Ms. Fashion Week title holder. In 2022, six months after having her son, she competed at Mrs. America Florida.
