1. Your journey from performer to Creative Director is fascinating. What inspired you to make this transition, and how has your background as a performer influenced your approach to creative strategy?

As a performer on stage and in front of the camera, I quickly became frustrated with the lack of understanding that marketers, producers and business administrators often have when it comes to providing strategy for creators to grow their brands. I started branching out into writing for other creators as both a journalist and a copywriter. I then moved into video editing and finally, into creative direction - where my extensive experience as a storyteller and my creative perspective on business fused together in a unique capacity to think both artistically and analytically - to craft powerful narratives for brands and businesses.

2. You've worked on high-profile projects for brands like RedBull and New York Fashion Week. What are the key elements that make these projects successful?

Innovation is always the name of the game. The key to innovation is authenticity. And to unlock authenticity in a brand or business, it’s crucial to get creative as a storyteller. I like to dig into the tiny cracks between the obvious problems to find renegade solutions that surprise audiences. This means - whether you’re working on a huge fashion show or an international music event, you need to see every problem and limitation in terms of budget, tech, market trends, etc., as a fascinating opportunity to create something that no one else has created before.

3. Your methodology integrates Neuroscience, Somatic Meditation, and Flow Psychology. How do these principles enhance your creative and strategic work?

Because I started as a creator view all things – even business – holistically. If we solve a problem in one area, but we haven’t addressed the root of the problem in another area, then the problem is not truly solved. By working with science and creative modalities simultaneously, we are able to tap into unique ideas while also creating strong structures around these ideas in order to transform visions into reality and maintain long-lasting results.

4. What advice would you give to aspiring creative professionals who want to blend artistry with strategic thinking in their careers?

#1 Get clear on your creative superpower. This is the innate genius you possess as a creator and it informs how you can work more effectively as your most optimal and unstoppable self.

#2. Get honest with yourself about your creative shadow. This is the flipside of your creative superpower, and it can either sabotage and derail all of your creative power, or it can be harnessed and help you to master your magnetic force.

5. As a speaker and performer, what key messages do you aim to convey to your audiences, and why are these messages important to you?

My greatest passion is to remind people of how powerful we are - and how possible it is for everyone to master their mind, body, and soul business. I love to see the way faces light up and lives change when people understand the magnificence of their minds, remember the power inside their bodies, and realize the impact they can have when they align with their purpose to create their soul business.

6. For organizations looking to hire you as a consultant or book you as a speaker, what unique value do you bring to the table?

Of all the skills, research, and case studies I have acquired in my life, I would honestly say that the most unique value I bring to the table is my natural ability to activate audiences by sending a powerful current of passion and inspiration through my voice and my body. This is a gift I inherited from my indigenous lineage of transformational storytellers and - whether or not people like it, I can guarantee you one thing - no one will leave it unchanged.

7. Looking ahead, what are your next goals and aspirations for your career?

I’m currently leading transformational programs through virtual courses and in-person retreats and I’m preparing for the next edition of my speaker/performer series that debuted in London, this February 2024. I am inspired every day by the people who show up in my courses and coaching programs and I’m looking forward to sharing the next evolution of this experience on stages worldwide.
