Bio: Mohamed Alqari is passionate architect and interior designer who helps luxury young couples, and successful entrepreneurs build their dream homes and thriving, exquisite business locations. Mohamed studied architecture at the University of Bahrain and then continued at the University of Minnesota from which he graduated with a Master’s degree in Architecture Heritage Conservation and Preservation and a minor in Museum Studies on a Fulbright Scholarship. Throughout his career, Mohamed has over 13 years of multi-disciplinary experience working in architecture firms and other companies. Having this diverse experience has helped develop his distinct design style.
Mohamed Founded Qreative Design Studio in 2020, and since then, he created sophisticated architectural, interior, and landscape projects in Bahrain and other GCC countries, some of which have won international awards such as Luxury Lifestyle and International Property Award. Mohamed was also featured in international publications such as The NYC Journal as one of the top 20 interior designers. Also, his work got featured on prestigious platforms such as Architizer and the International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers.
Mohamed’s design style can be described as luxurious, chic, simple, and most importantly, livable. Mohamed has always loved teamwork and collaborations, for instance, he collaborated with the multi-award winning Budapest based furniture designer Demeter Fogarasi and introduced the latter’s iconic product, Frozen Textile Chair, to the GCC market. These collaborations distinguished Mohamed among his peers and elevated his design work.
In a market saturated with young interior designers working hard to build a name and a reputation, Mohamed stood out with his unique and atypical design approach, attracting high achieving and elite clients who appreciate elevated designs.
