Jessica's journey started in Las Vegas as a young girl in first grade when she started doing her own hair. This is when all things hair became an obsession for Jessica.

Jessica went on a quest to find the world's best hair extensions for her clients. After extensive research, she partnered with Hair Lingerie and Kiara Bailey.
Jessica believes that the reason for her rapid ascension in the luxury hair extension business is due to staying consistent, paying attention to detail and picking the right mentor. Jessica believes that the right mentor or coach must have started from the same position that she was in and had got to the level that she wanted to get to.
Jessica says the main key ingredient to her personal success is the unique offering that she delivers to her clients: She loves making her clients feel good about themselves. She believes that hair is the most important part of a woman's appearance, it brings their confidence up and gives them the ability to feel and be more powerful.
As a true entrepreneur, Jessica has also branched out into real estate and is a prudent investor. In addition to running her business and real estate investments, Jessica is also married with two young children.
The next step for Jessica is to buy a commercial building where she can fulfill her vision of renting out space to hair stylists in a world class environment.
