Helen Domina is a Ukrainian-based entrepreneur, digital strategist, and UX designer who helps businesses elevate their conversions by creating converting websites. Back in 2012, Helen graduated from Ukrainian National Polytechnic University, and as a major in printing technology, she was obsessed with it. But she quickly realised that the world was moving towards web design and the creation of digital products. She started creating websites for her friends and selling her design services. In 2015, she quit her full-time job and has since been freelancing full-time or engaged in a disruptor startup life. Helen has two types of audiences that she speaks to. First, potential clients who want to understand where their websites fail to convert, analyse the work other designers do, and help them select a person to work with through their portfolio. Many of her past clients use her as a sounding board to make more educated decisions about selecting 3rd party contractors if they can't afford her rates. Second, her audience consists of design and freelance peers who want to make a living through selling creative services.

All of these efforts have helped me build a strong reputation in the industry and earn the trust and loyalty of my clients,” says Helen on her unique value experience.
One of her notable achievements is having a course about how to start working on the biggest freelancing platform Upwork. Helen is a top-rated Upwork freelancer and has made a great six-figure income from working there. She has more than 350 students who completed her course in 2020-2021. After that, she closed the course and started building her team, but she's still teaching how to start freelancing in local Ukrainian IT schools.
